Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not accept returns, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Missing Items Due to Availability
If, at the time of preparing your order, any item is found to be unavailable, we will notify you and issue a partial refundfor the missing product. The refund will be processed to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation with the refund details if this occurs.
